Good things to know:

  • Will my item look exactly like the photo?

Each piece is handmade, and therefore distinctly unique. While the shape and style will, of course, be the same, no two items will ever be exactly identical in colour and pattern. Which means your item is truly your own.

  • How should I take care of my À bientôt products

Gently wash by hand using natural soap to remove any persistent stains before washing your embroidered À bientôt item in the washing machine. Do not use bleach as it will damage the fabric.

Before putting in the washing machine, carefully place it in a special bag for delicate linen so that the embroidery threads are not damaged by rubbing.
Then wash in the washing machine at 30°C, cold, on the gentle program. Do not spin to avoid damaging the fibre. Do not tumble dry. Once your embroidery has been washed, lay it out flat to avoid distorting its shape, away from any source of heat and in the shade if outside.


An extra tip: don’t let the laundry dry completely, it will be easier to iron. Iron your À bientôt while it is still damp, using a hot iron and full steam. Always iron on the reverse side. You can also place a terry towel under the linen to avoid flattening the embroidery stitches and to give the work more embossed effect.

 

  • When can I expect my order to arrive?

We sew in small quantities, to avoid overproduction. Each product is hand made. That's why it takes around two weeks until you will receive your À bientôt article

  

For the personalized orders we schedule delivery individually.

  • How do I place my order?

Your orders can be placed quickly and easily via our website. Just add the products you want to your cart and go to the checkout. After giving us the necessary information we need to process your order, you can finalize your order.

  • How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. We use the recognized standard for secure transactions, Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This method encrypts your details before the information transfers from your computer to our system. You know when a page is secure because a padlock symbol shows at the bottom of the browser or the address of the web page starts with https.

  • Which countries does À bientôt ship to?

We ship worldwide. Please get in touch via email at coucou@abientot.paris if your country is not listed on the checkout page. In this case we will assist you personally with your order. 

  • Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?

Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. À bientôt is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders.

  • Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link for our courier. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate.

  • What is À bientôt return policy?

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from À bientôt. Once you have received your delivery, please inspect it for quality. We will refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. If a product is not quite perfect for you, you may return your undamaged and unused purchase within 30 days. Any shipping charges applied to the order will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.

The personalized products made on special order can't be returned.

  • What do I need to do if I want to return a product?

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps: Write us an e-mail to coucou@abientot.paris to let us know which item you are planning to return. Send the item including Hang Tags and Invoice in its original wrapping to: Ewelina Niska - À bientôt, 41 Chemin du Perier, Le Pierrier, 06400 Cannes, FRANCE. Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped or we will issue your refund.
